A Journey of Self-Discovery

In this 7-month experiential Journey you will uncover how our individual lives are governed by our unique inner constellation of the Five Elements: Water, Fire, Wood, Air and Earth.

Our personal birth constellations give insight into how our masculine and feminine aspects express themselves. Are you more Masculine Driven or more Feminine Driven? Any imbalance between them will inevitably lead to discomfort and, in the long run, dis-ease within.

Seven Months of Self-Empowerment

Each month, we will explore one Element together with its supporting Planet. As we move through the seven phases of this Journey of Embodiment, you will naturally gain a deeper understanding of which of the Five Elements within you requires attention.

For fine tuning, you will receive practices and unique Essences Vibrations received from the five planets Mercury, Mars, Jupiter, Venus and Saturn. These are powerful tools to refine the Five Elements that make up your being, helping you to balance and harmonise the masculine and feminine within.

We are all made up of the Five Elements: Water, Fire, Wood, Metal and Earth. Yet each of us is unique in how the relationship between these elements expresses itself.

Very few people carry an even distribution of 20% Water, 20% Fire, 20% Wood, 20% Metal and 20% Earth. Instead, the way we experience and navigate life is shaped by the disbalanced ratio of these elements within us.

Phase 1 – Preparation

In this opening phase, your energy system will be gently prepared for the purpose of our journey: harmonising the Masculine (yang) and Feminine (yin) within.

We will explore the yang Element of Fire and learn how to bring it into perfect balance within.

Through tailored practices and Planetary Essence support, you will learn to ignite your inner fire in a balanced way, fostering vitality, creativity and purposeful action.

Phase 4 – The Element of Wood

We will explore the yang Element of Wood and learn how to bring it into perfect balance within.

With guided practices and Planetary Essence support, you will learn to harness the energy of Wood in a balanced way, cultivating clarity, purpose and inspired action.

Phase 5 – The Element of Metal

22nd February – 22nd March

We will explore the yin Element of Metal and learn how to bring it into perfect balance within.

  • An excess of Metal can make us overly rigid, critical or perfectionistic
  • A deficiency of Metal can result in indecisiveness, low energy or feelings of depression

Through guided practices and Planetary Essence support, you will learn to balance the energy of Metal, fostering clarity, discernment and emotional resilience.

Phase 6 – The Element of Earth

22nd March – 22nd April

We will explore the yin-yang harmony of the Element of Earth and learn how to bring it into perfect balance within.

  • An excess of Earth can make us overly cautious, heavy or controlling
  • A deficiency of Earth can result in a lack of centredness, grounding and trust

Through guided practices and Planetary Essence support, you will learn to balance the energy of Earth, cultivating stability, inner security and a sense of rootedness.

Phase 7 – Integration

In this final phase, your journey will gently reach its natural completion.

This is a time to integrate all that you have learned and experienced over the previous six phases. You will consolidate the balance of the Five Elements and the harmony of your Masculine and Feminine Energies, allowing this alignment to become a natural part of your daily life.
