For the celebration of Mary Magdalene’s name day (22nd of July), I was guided to visit the Mary Magdalene Church in Wormer. Exactly a year ago, I received the fabulous essence ‘Mary’s Light’ at this very location, and it seemed it was time to return and receive another essence vibration to bring into the world from this special place.
The protestant iconoclasm
When I visited the roman catholic building in 2018, I was struck by a little Black Madonna on the wall. This figurine had been found eighty years before, in 1938, in a ditch behind the location of another church, a protestant one which used to be roman catholic. Historians assume that the Black Madonna was thrown into the water during the protestant iconoclasm. This destruction of images of saints and other objects of catholic religious places in the Low Countries was on a large-scale, and took place between August and October 1566. During that period, many churches were violated, and their interiors destroyed. If this Black Madonna was really thrown into the ditch, it is more than 450 years old!
When the finder of the figurine died, his son donated her to the municipality of Wormer. The protestant church now located at the spot of the original roman catholic church where the figurine had belonged, were not interested in receiving the black lady. This then meant that the modern Mary Magdalene Church could give her the place she deserved. How touching to see a prayer chair in front of a Black Madonna, The Mother of All That Is.
Scientific research has shown that places where pre-Christian goddesses like Aphrodite, Artemis and Isis were worshipped, later became chapels or churches to worship Mother Mary or Mary Magdalene. Many black Isis statues were converted into black Madonna’s. The first version of the former roman Catholic church in Wormer was built in 1470 on a little mound. Mounds tended to be sacred sites and it is very likely that pre-Christian practices took place here to worship the Primordial Mother.
The Sacred Bosom
In order to be able to receive an essence vibration from the Black Madonna, I need to enter The Mary Magdalene Church. It only opens for services and festivities, so what else can I do but participate in the celebration of Mary Magdalene’s feast day! Whilst I sit listening to the female priest, not one but two essence vibrations are gifted to me through the centuries old Black Madonna.
I receive the message that they are meant for women, to awaken their Sacred Bosom. One is called Left Mama and is meant for the left breast, the other is called Right Mama and is for the right breast.
These twin essences open energetic pathways in your system, to nurture your breasts with the Ultimate Love from the Primordial Mother. This energy passes via the Earth Mother, through your womb into your heart, and subsequently into the ‘extensions’ of the heart, the breasts. Then, as your nipples absorb this energy and develop themselves energetically, a mixture of your love and the eternal goodness of the Holy Mother can flow into the world.
The message that accompanied these essence vibrations is the following:
‘Keep your heart clean, so your pure love will be able to reinforce Mother’s Love. Their blend will then flow into the world to bless people, animals and plants.’
Eventually, your nipples will energetically develop into nurses, foster mothers. Over time, you will become the silent Nurturing Mother for all – everything and everyone – around you. Your Holy Bosom will bless everything and everyone who comes your way with natural hospitality.
How different the world would be if everyone took on this human task.
The Sacred Intake Procedure
The intake procedure of The Sacred Bosom essence vibrations is a sacred ritual that must be performed in a specific order.
Also, if you are currently taking any other essence vibration(s), take them before the Sacred Bosom Twin Essences ritual.
Option A – Using our dropper bottles
- Take the essence bottle called ‘Left Mama’ in your right hand and stroke your left breast gently and in circular movements with the long side of this little bottle, so your breast becomes familiar with this Essence Vibration. The stroking can be done fully clothed. Include the nipple and finish your stroking on top of it.
- Then take two drops of Left Mama.
- Speak the following mantra to your left breast when taking these drops:
‘I am Love
I am Pure Love
I am the Fountain of Love’
- Take a little time for your left breast respond, integrate and digest.
Next:
- Take the essence called ‘Right Mama’ in your left hand and stroke your right breast gently and in circular movements with the long side of this little bottle, so your breast becomes familiar with this Essence Vibration. Do not forget the nipple and finish your stroking on top of it.
- Then take two drops of Right Mama.
- Speak the following mantra to your right breast when taking these drops:
‘I am Love
I am Pure Love
I am the Fountain of Love’
- Take a little time to receive the response of your right breast, integrate and digest.
Take your twin essences twice a day and include the sacred stroking procedure with each intake until your bottles are empty.
Note:
- The intake order is important as your left bosom needs to be activated before your right one.
- In this way also, they each feel seen and acknowledged; you will be able to receive their separate responses; and you’ll become familiar with communicating with each of them separately.
- Not only the order of intake is important, but also the circular movements with the bottle over your bosom.
Option B – Using our Essence App
If you use our Essence App instead of our 10ml dropper bottles, the ritual is slightly different but no less powerful.
- Receive the essence vibration named ‘Left Mama’ with our App
- Put your device aside and rub your palms together to activate and warm them
- Then place the right palm on your left nipple and breast
- Speak the following mantra to your left nipple and breast:
‘I am Love
I am Pure Love
I am the Fountain of Love’
- Take a little time to receive, integrate, and digest the response from your entire left breast before moving onto the other.
Next:
- Receive the essence vibration named ‘Right Mama’ with our App
- Put your device aside and rub your palms together to activate and warm them
- Then place the left palm on your right nipple and breast
- Speak the following mantra to your right nipple and breast
‘I am Love
I am Pure Love
I am the Fountain of Love’
- Take a little time to receive, integrate, and digest the response from your entire right breast.
Follow this procedure twice a day.

Note:

The Ovary Connection
Your left and right breast each have their own specific energetic function. Your right mama stands for feeding, the giving quality. The left one stands for receiving, even though it has the capacity to give too.
Know that your ovaries** are connected to your bosom. The left ovary is linked to your left breast and the right ovary to your right breast. Therefore, it is important that you first activate your ovaries with the Pelvic Heart Twin Essences before you start using The Sacred Bosom essences.
