The Biblical Exodus
The word Exodus is known from the Bible and refers to the story of the Israelites leaving Egypt after a period of slavery and oppression under the leadership of Moses — estimated to have taken place around 1440 BCE or 1250 BCE. This narrative is found in the Book of Exodus, which is part of the Old Testament in Christianity and the Torah in Judaism.

According to the Bible, the Israelites had settled in Egypt generations earlier. Over time, a new pharaoh came to power who feared their growing numbers. The Israelites were forced into hard labour and slavery, and the pharaoh also ordered the killing of Hebrew baby boys. Moses was born during this period and later became the leader chosen by God to free the Israelites. The story includes the Ten Plagues of Egypt, the parting of the Red Sea, the journey through the wilderness, and the receiving of the Ten Commandments.

The exodus of the Israelites symbolises liberation from bondage, spiritual transformation, covenant, and the journey toward freedom and a promised future.

The Exodus Essence Vibration
The name of our Essence Vibration, Exodus, needs to be understood in a spiritual and symbolic way.

Every spiritual journey, and any other cycle of growth, teaches us the same phases the Israelites went through in their quest for liberation:

1. Awareness of unwholesome patterning – a form of slavery and oppression within ourselves, usually resulting from coping or survival mechanisms
2. Leaving bondage behind – releasing fear, suffering, attachment, or old patterns
3. Transition – moving from an old state of being into a new one
4. Spiritual awakening – becoming conscious of a deeper divine reality or entering into a deeper sacred relationship with the Divine

Originally, the word exodus comes from the Greek word exodos. It is a combination of ex, meaning out, and hodos, meaning road, way, or journey. Literally, it means the road out, or the way out. This is also reflected in our word exit, which refers to a way out or to leaving.

An exodus suggests a greater departure, migration, or transformational journey. The Exodus Essence Vibration can be used to help consolidate and embody all that you have learned and achieved over the course of such a transformational journey.

It was offered by the Divine Mother in co-creation with the five planets that govern the Five Elements within the Earth’s realm. Originally, the Exodus Essence Vibration was given to conclude ‘Harmonising the Masculine and Feminine Within’, an online spiritual journey of embodiment and self-empowerment (November 2025 – June 2026). Over seven months, the participants gained awareness of how their individual lives are governed by their personal and unique inner constellation of the Five Elements: Water, Fire, Wood, Air, and Earth.

They also learned how to develop and maintain harmony between the masculine and feminine within, with the help of Teachings on the Five Elements, together with the use of unprecedented Essence Vibrations of the planets that govern these Five Elements.
