Overall Cancellation Policy

  • If you cancel before the 15th of March, we will keep €350 euro in administration costs.
  • If you cancel between 15th of March and the 1st of April, we will keep 50% of your fee.
  • There will be no refund for cancellations after April 1st.
  • Should you decide to stop during the program, there will be no refund.
  • In the event of force majeure (unforeseen conditions), Harriët is entitled to cancel the program.
