What is a Healing Crisis and How Does it Feel?
The Reverse Healing Process Explained
I walk my talk. Every healing offering you receive from me in your inbox is one I also experience myself. So, when I recently offered a Womb & Prostate Blessing, I didn’t just set it up for those who had registered – I also took part as a recipient.
The anger stayed with me all day
To me, receiving the Womb Blessing was a wonderful and profound experience. Endless love and a great deal of warmth flowed through my lower body. It was comforting. However, the next morning I woke up feeling very angry and unbalanced. The anger remained with me throughout the day, and I had to be careful not to hurt anyone with snappy, impatient words.
She blamed me for being tearful
I then remembered that someone who had registered for the previous remote Womb & Prostate Blessing, had reported feeling tearful throughout the entire day afterwards. She blamed me for this outcome. She felt that exploring the source of her tears was not her responsibility and chose not to register again.
Her tears were as much a release as my anger was. Both were healing crises that lasted a full day.

Forms and gradations of a Healing Crisis
Healing crises can appear in all sorts of forms and gradations. They may be emotional, physical, mental or spiritual. Their duration can also vary from a few minutes to an hour or even a day. In cases of chronic imbalance, such as burnout, healing crises tend to come in waves and may last for months or even years.
A furious, raving rage
As my body was spewing angry energies all day, there was plenty of time to observe where it originated. I witnessed it rising from my pelvic floor straight into my heart. From there, it surged up into my throat, yearning to be expressed. The more I was able to allow the energies to rise and dissipate through my aura, the more I realised it wasn’t merely anger but a furious, raving rage.
I came to understand that the Womb Blessing had released immense rage from the tissues of my pelvic floor. It was clear I had stored these feelings there as a result of some harmful, involuntary experiences from decades ago.
Why a Crisis after a Healing Event?
How is it possible that we experience unexpected emotions after a healing event such as a Light Transmission or Womb Blessing, when we are in fact seeking comfort, inner peace, happiness and joy?
The answer is simple: the Light we received has released precisely the Primary Limiting Factor that was standing in the way of us reaching a state of inner peace, happiness and joy.

Trust the Process
Our sole task during a Healing Crisis is to TRUST THE PROCESS. We can fully trust that our system knows what it is doing. When we go through a healing crisis, our system is showing us that it is vital enough to let go.
I have seen clients develop eczema when heavy emotions were being pushed from the inside out, released from a vital organ to a less vital one: the skin. Fortunately, they understood that they didn’t need to turn to suppressive medication in order for the eczema to eventually subside.
Once a healing crisis has passed, we feel liberated and energised.
Reverse Healing Process
When we suffer from chronic discomfort or a long-term illness, the healing journey will take longer than just a few minutes, an hour or a day. It requires dedication to the Self and trust in the various phases of the healing process.
In homeopathy, as well as in other healing professions, it is known that symptoms tend to resolve in the reverse order of their original appearance.
For example, if a person suffered from chronic headaches ten years ago, later developed dizzy spells, which then led to depression and epilepsy, their healing path will unfold in reverse. First, the epilepsy and depression will clear. Next, the dizzy spells will reappear before leaving. And if the person continues along their healing journey, the headaches will return. Only to eventually disappear as well.

From Burnout to Breakthrough
It works the same way with burnout. We cannot truly heal from burnout unless we face its deepest source within ourselves. The healing journey for this type of client moves in waves, ebbing and flowing over time. Their path of introspection, breaking patterns, and releasing emotions can be intense. However, it is inevitable that they must face everything that led to a burnout-inducing lifestyle. In reverse order.
Around my forties, I experienced a burnout that lasted about five to six years. My system simply refused to return to the lifestyle of a workaholic editor. I had to completely reinvent myself. That burnout became my breakthrough. And as a result – much to my own surprise – I now find myself a Light Carrier with a practice that reaches people around the world.
What breakthrough are you waiting for?
